Chef Rocco Seminara is the 2016 winner of the presitigious Neptune prize awarded by world-class chef Joel Robuchon. Seminara is a true global cuisine afficionado attending major culinary events throughout the world, including his attendance in Monaco alongside chef Alain Ducasse. Born in Provence, chef Seminara fuses the art of French cuisine with his love of exquisite products.
For over 15 years, chef Bilal Amrani has continued to command the kitchens of some of the most high-end establishments in cuisine hotspots such as Courchevel, Saint-Tropez and Marrakech. This geographical reach has been the source of inspiration when it comes to elaborating on authentic and intricate recipes characterized by a diversity of flavours and bold fusions.
